Office Buildings - Northwood Centre, Tallahassee , Florida . This major lighting retrofit and controls project was completed in 2010. We retrofitted over 5,000 lighting fixtures and installed occupancy sensors throughout. According to the customer we exceeded savings projections. Electrical Contracting - Miami Children's Hospital - From 2007 until present our construction division completed major electrical contracting projects for Geicon, Inc. at Miami Children's Hospital facilities in Doral, Weston and South Miami as well as for Baptist South Hospital . Governmental Facilities - National Archives Building, Washington, D.C. - In 2010 we completed the lighting and lighting controls portion of a major energy conservation project performed at the National Archives Building on behalf of Ameresco, a national energy services company. LED Street Lighting - Weston Hills , Florida - This is the first major LED street lighting project in the State of Florida . In the first project S&H replaced 175-watt metal halide lamps and ballasts in 163 street lights with a new state-of-art LED array designed to consume 54-watts. Condominiums - The Waverly at South Beach Condominium. In 2011 we retrofitted all of the fluorescent lighting in the 3-story garage; installed new landscape lighting utilizing LED up-lighting; provided electrical service to new electric pool heating equipment.
